Windows 10 hosts file changes not working free -- How to reset the Hosts file back to the default

First of, I've been editing hosts files for 25 years and i've read all the previous posts about people having issues with the hosts file file endings, formatting, permissions, reg key path, etc etc. I've never had any issues with this before. I've only managed to replicate this error on a Windows Server VM. I've tried everything. I'm going to install a new VM from scratchtest to change the hosts file and then join the machine to the domain and se if i can replicate привожу ссылку problem. This windows 10 hosts file changes not working free is locked.

Hido you know how nslookup works? Cause I'm not interested in querying the DNS server, the issue was about the hosts file. It's still a problem because of state values, example: changed, ask for permission, query previously request.
I understand that you are connecting in the google dns. It just has absolutely nothing to do with Microsoft Tracing. It's not even a Microsoft Network problem. It is advised to look up VMS directions for communication between pings.
